Beloved Founder Resigns from Management of PREP!

Read the letter Dr. B sent to UTSA Vice President Jude Valdez on July 26, 2004, submitting his resignation from the management of PREP programs, effective August 31, 2004. The letter documents in devastating detail the kind of treatment that Dr. B has been subjected to since November 2002. It also reveals troublesome attitudes about PREP and the piloting of questionable new pedagogies for a program recently acclaimed by Congress as one of twenty BEST nationally; a model for others to emulate around the country.
